Happy almost-Christmas!

Baked these last night as last minute Christmas Cookies… they’re v tasty but a bit of a nightmare to make… super buttery so a very melty, sticky dough and you have to watch them with eagle eyes whilst they cook. They only take about 5 mins and I burnt the first lot!
