Last swim of the summer?

Thankfully the lido has secured funding so it will remain open in the coming summers.. However there is work to be done to renovate it, and Thames Water (in their infinite wisdom!) wants to start work at the end of August… Doesn’t seem too clever to me – closing it in high summer, but there you go…
The water is ‘bracing’ today.. Can see why the British are obsessed with a nice cup of tea… Nothing tastes better after something bracing : )
