We picked 12kg of raspberries to make 79 jars of jam between 9 of us! No not an old fashioned maths problem, but the annual craft club trip away… We stayed in a bunkhouse in Kent and spent a lovely weekend picking fruit, making jam, drinking wine, eating numerous cheeses from the farm shop, lazing on the beach, reading the paper, drinking cider, riding bikes and generally having a great time!

What a fantastic idea! I love the idea of a jam making weekend! I loved dungeness as well and i haven’t been there by train but I will in the future.
